A chocolate lovers dream!

Reese’s easiest fudge recipe -smooth, chocolate fudge filled with reeses peanut butter cups. A chocolate lovers dream! Perfect Christmas gift, make a whole batch and put them into jars for grandma and granddad as a real treat.

Seriously… if you love fudge and reeses you are going to LOVE these and must make them asap! This is possibly one of the easiest recipes ever!

One of my friends brought reeses fudge to a church event and I knew I had to recreate the deliciousness. I love the “simple” fudge recipe that I found on the back of the sweetened condensed milk can years ago and just added reeses to it. These were devoured… and so so good.

Do you suffer with Trauma Transference Syndrome

Meet Mal Weeraratne who first recognised Trauma Transference Syndrome, Mal Weeraratne has treated thousands of clients and has spent several decades learning and researching the effects that trauma takes on the body, the results of his findings culminated in his founding of Trauma Transference Syndrome.

A traumatic experience impacts on an entire person. The way we think, the way we learn, the way we remember things, the way we feel about ourselves, the way we feel about other people, and the way we make sense of the world are all profoundly altered by traumatic experiences, which is why it is so important that trauma and the resulting emotions are dealt with and that a victim of trauma is helped to process the experience. If trauma is not process the powerful images, feelings, and sensations do not just ‘go away’ instead they are deeply imprinted and are stored in the body’s cellular memory.

The following illustration is a map how emotions are stored in the body. (Bodily maps of emotions by Lauri Nummenmaa, Enrico Glerean, Riitta Hari, and Jari K. Hietanen)

The active memories of the trauma remains ‘locked’ in the system causing blockages until a ‘trigger’ occurs. When a trigger that allows the victim to access the trauma presents itself, in suffers of Trauma Transference Syndrome the real cause of the original trauma is not recognised and is instead transferred to the new stimuli or trigger, for example if a therapist treats a client who is storing trauma in his/her body and acts as the trigger for releasing this trauma the client will assign the blame for the trauma to the therapist who has helped them access the trauma.

In order to understand Trauma Transference Syndrome it is necessary to understand how trauma enters the body during a traumatic event and how it is stored within the body as well as the effects that this stored trauma has on the victim.  Also how the trauma can be accessed and transferred if not treated.

Why does Trauma Transference Syndrome Occur?

Trauma Transference Syndrome occurs when a past trauma such as sexual abuse has been engraved into the cellular memory and has not been dealt with. It is now recognised that victims of abuse such as rape and sexual abuse suffer from a form of post-traumatic stress. The signs of this trauma scarring are not generally outwardly visible, the memory has been supressed in the mind, but the powerful images, feelings, and sensations do not just “go away” once the danger of attack has passed. These memories are deeply imprinted, more strongly than normal everyday memories and often shards of the trauma occur from time to time manifesting in feelings of anger, rage, sadness, mistrust, fear, shame, loneliness, abandonment.

Mal Weeraratne will help you with whatever trauma you have faced especially if you suffer Trauma Transference Syndrome.

What is a sacred spot massage?

Tantric Journey Deep Body Work for emotional release for Emotional Detox on Cellular Memory

Using my Tantric massage techniques for the Sacred Spot massage or G Spot massage, I have been able to witness women cure themselves of the most traumatic seated feelings that taunt them regardless of the time of occurrence of these emotions. Some have been able to shed layer by layer through emotional release as the Sacred Spot massage or G Spot massage removes negative emotions on the basis of cellular memory for emotional detox. These deeply seated emotions lurk in the body making one repeat negative lifestyle patterns even though one mentally claims that the ‘baggage’ has been filed to the mental ‘recycle bin’.

On Approaching A Theory of Emotion: An Interview With Candace Pert, Ph.D By Lynn Grodzki, Fellow, ’For the past twenty years, Pert has been studying the movement of amino acid chains in the human body. In the process, she is unraveling the mystery of mind-body communication and changing forever the way we understand emotion’.

My Scared Spot massage or G Spot massage for emotional release and emotional detox reprograms the negative state of the body cells to a positive state. And my work can be supported by Candace Pert’s research and study.

When Grodzki asked Pert,’ So we are programmed to be able to repeat emotional experience and we can access it through the body in many ways. What happens to emotions that are not able to be fully expressed?’.

Pert replied,’ I have a whole theory about this. I believe that emotion is not fully expressed until it reaches consciousness. When I speak of consciousness, I include the entire body. I believe that unexpressed emotion is in process of traveling up the neural access. By traveling, I mean coming from the periphery, up the spinal cord, up into the brain. When emotion moves up, it can be expressed. It takes a certain amount of energy from our bodies to keep the emotion unexpressed. There are inhibitory chemicals and impulses that function to keep the emotion and information down. I think unexpressed emotions are literally lodged lower in the body’.

My Sacred Spot massage or G Spot massage for ‘emotional release ‘as I call it for emotional detox works around the seven Chakra frame. And second lowest Chakra is the Lower Abdomen Chakra that is the center for sexual energy, creativity and pure emotions.  And the first lower Chakra is the Root Chakra that links the individual with the physical world giving a sense of safety and belonging. An imbalance in both can have life deteriorating patterns.

Read some excellent advice from DIY Marquees

DIY Marquees for sale give fantastic advice to ensure their customers’ requirements are taken into consideration and often on a tight budget. They will give the best possible advice ensuring your party or function is a complete success. Whether you would like a garden party, wedding, Christmas party you will be sure to get the help you require. DIY Marquees have some affordable pop up marquees for sale.

Case study: Mr Jones wants to cover as much of his garden with marquees as possible

We recently had a visit by a Mr Jones, he was planning a party and wanted to extend his house in to the garden using marquees. This is a pretty common scenario for marquee hire companies especially during the winter months.

Mr Jones came in with a diagram of his garden with the marquees he thought he need, two 4x6m marquees, one 3.6×3.6m pagoda and one walkway:

Jones01

The garden is not easy as it’s a very funny shape and on the surface this looks to do the job. My concerns were:

  • Weathering to the house would be difficult. The 4x6m marquee against the house should at least be a 6x4m one for ease of weathering. A pagoda is sloped on all 4 sides and so difficult to weather against a house.
  • There would be many joins. This is not a problem regarding weatherproofing with our guttering kits but it can be a hindrance to party atmosphere and circulation. The risk is the end 4x6m marquee would feel cut-off and under-used (note if this layout went ahead a good suggestion would be to put the food and/or drink in this 4x6m to ensure it is used).
  • Walkways are ideal for connecting marquees together but in this scenario you aren’t really gaining any useable space by having the walkway in the middle there. It’s a bit like a sideways corridor.

So having explained all of this I suggested an alternative approach, a 4x12m marquee and a 4x4m marquee on the side:

Jones02

  • This is much easier to weather against the house (both marquees would have their flat gables towards the house)
  • There is only one join and it is much easier to weather the two marquees side by side
  • You have a larger main area for the guests to circulate.

Note that in this example Mr Jones is actually ending up with slightly less of his garden covered and my alternative option is cheaper than his original suggestion. I can however guarantee that this second idea will be an improvement on the atmosphere and circulation of the party.

As mentioned in other articles I would still recommend having the food and drink out in the marquee (maybe at the far end). People (especially blokes) linger by the bar, having the food and drink outside guarantees the marquees are used fully and everyone doesn’t end up in the kitchen.
