We have just completed another job in Surrey. A couple of years ago we refurbished the bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms for this client and now the client wanted to modernise the downstairs of the property. It started off as bringing a lounge/dining room from the 70s to present day.  We stripped the rooms from the very old-fashioned wallpaper, safely removed artex ceiling and fitted decorative coving.  Re-plastered all rooms and fitted bespoke wall units/book shelves.  We decorated the ceiling, walls, all woodwork and fitted solid oak flooring.  The hall, stairs and landing was redecorated too.
